▮Introduction

Professor Moon-Young Lee was born in Seoul on January 28th, 1927, and passed away in Anam Korea University Hospital, on January 16th, 2014. He served as professor of the Department of Public Administration, Korea University, endowed-chair professor and dean of the graduate school, Kyunggi University, elder of Central Evangelical Church, and chairman of board of trustee of Seok-Heon Ham Memorial Association.
